国家智能计算机研究开发中心先进系统实验室成立于2003年，2006年转为中国科学院计算机系统结构重点实验室高性能计算机体系结构研究组。该课题组的主要研究方向高性能计算机系统的体系结构、操作系统和并行算法。实验室现有研究员1人，副研究员1人，助理研究员3人，研究生12人。 目前主要研究方向为高通量计算机体系结构、内存系统分析和优化，Exa级可扩展并行算法，并行体系结构模拟器等。
